+: The staff are very gentle and very serviceminded. After a complain to due Noice from the street it was an acceptable stay.

-: Upon arrival at the hotel, we were assigned room 406. Unfortunately, this room proved to be extremely noisy, being directly adjacent to the street. The noise from the bars and traffic prevented us from getting more than about 3 hours of sleep the first night, which is far below the expected level for a comfortable stay. Expectation Management: Having made our booking more than 8 months in advance, we did not expect to be assigned such a low-quality room, especially one with known noise issues. It seems clear that the hotel is aware of these problems, which makes the allocation of such a room to us even more unsatisfactory. Pictures vs. Reality: Furthermore, we wish to point out that the hotel's representation on your website does not match reality. The images used reflect the hotel's condition at opening and not its current, worn-down state. This misrepresentation has further contributed to our disappointment. Request for Action: We request that Booking.com conveys this complaint to the hotel with the aim of being allocated a different room, as well as some form of compensation for the inconvenience we have experienced. The loss of sleep and the need to spend time addressing these issues during our stay have had a significant negative impact on our overall experience.

+: Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die BTS Station NANA ist in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, war aber auf die indischen Gäste abgestimmt - man muss es mögen!!

-: breakfast very poor. Who wants vindaloo curry for breakfast ?- or almost rotten hard boiled eggs? The over Indian influence was obvious, with little concession for non SE Asians. The noise ( third floor " suite " ) was too much into the early hours ( 3.00 am. etc; In the main staff were pretty surly; there were only 6 sunbeds by the pool for the entire hotel complement. There was little cohesion about airport transfers: quotes ranged from 650THD to 1500 one way !. Matter of luck who was asked I Guess.; Room service was poor and inconsistent; as was the cleanliness ( broken glass in the room on arrival, under the bed ),

-: Leider nur wenige unbequeme Liegen und wenig Sonnenschirme im Poolbereich.

-: The room service very bad.No complimentary water,tea bag’s not kept,after reapeated requests the service was not provided,the bathroom fittings very old, overall the stay was a terrible experience for me.I am staying this property from 2010 onwards,but my experience this time was terrible.I never recommend this property

+: Hôtel avec un très bon emplacement,proche des transports. Personnel très sympathique et à l' écoute des clients.

-: Mobiliers des chambres vétustes qui demanderaient un rafraîchissement, du linge de lit parfois sales et usés et piscine qui demanderait à être réparée à certains endroits.

+: Nothing to be liked.

-: Horrible service. Bad smell, too much noise. Worst thing is the towels. They were worn out with holes in it. Absolute rubbish. Money wasted. Never ever staying there.

+: Close proximity to night life, cafes and bars within walking distance.

-: Room was outdated for price of room, breakfast was fairly ordinary, pre cooked eggs etc cold on plate, Room out dated and bath leaking all over the floor, room needs refurbishing.
