+: The staff are very gentle and very serviceminded. After a complain to due Noice from the street it was an acceptable stay.
-: Upon arrival at the hotel, we were assigned room 406. Unfortunately, this room proved to be extremely noisy, being directly adjacent to the street. The noise from the bars and traffic prevented us from getting more than about 3 hours of sleep the first night, which is far below the expected level for a comfortable stay. Expectation Management: Having made our booking more than 8 months in advance, we did not expect to be assigned such a low-quality room, especially one with known noise issues. It seems clear that the hotel is aware of these problems, which makes the allocation of such a room to us even more unsatisfactory. Pictures vs. Reality: Furthermore, we wish to point out that the hotel's representation on your website does not match reality. The images used reflect the hotel's condition at opening and not its current, worn-down state. This misrepresentation has further contributed to our disappointment. Request for Action: We request that Booking.com conveys this complaint to the hotel with the aim of being allocated a different room, as well as some form of compensation for the inconvenience we have experienced. The loss of sleep and the need to spend time addressing these issues during our stay have had a significant negative impact on our overall experience.
