-: La localisation est assez décentrée et dans le nord de l’île donc assez loin de beaucoup d’activités. Le fait qu’il n’y ait absolument aucun service barresto est un peu tristounet.

+: The hotel location was in an ideal setting, only a two minute walk from restaurants and shops and the lovely night market with its abundance of street food. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and were always on hand to help make our stay a lovely and enjoyable one. Ansari and all the other reception staff were incredible helpful, from booking us taxis to arranging excursions when requested. Although the beach was not far away the frequent shuttle service was an added bonus. The drivers were always punctual and courteous. Hill Myna offered good value for money and as someone who has travelled widely and stayed in a variety of hotels I would strongly recommend this hotel if you visit Phuket.

-: I didn’t like that I had to return home and leave Phuket. Would have much preferred a longer stay.

+: Nice open design, good AC and reasonably comfortable bed.

-: TV was burnt out so only produced half a picture, room was very worn out and run down. Overall cleanliness wasn't great either.

+: There was a comfortable large bed. As we had a car, it didn't bother us that it was remote - there was also a free shuttle (to the beach etc). The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and view of nature.

-: We booked a 1-bedroom suite with the belief that we would have our own (separate) bedroom, which turned out to be a mistake. It is clear from the photos that the rooms are more of a studio and there is no real separation from the bedroom other than straw curtains! (But the description 1-bedroom is misleading - this is unique in Thailand - because all the 1-bedrooms we have had so far have been separate bedrooms) If we had known this beforehand, we would have gotten a better hotel room for the price. We had also paid an extremely overpriced vacation price of US$ 173 per night, although this category normally costs $ 69 and is not worth more. For less than 170.- we had in Bangkok Marriott executive 1 Bedroom Apartment close to sukhumvit and amazing view. The air conditioning (split unit) on the terrace is extremely loud (not good for sleeping) and you can hear every little noise from the corridor. The kitchen utensils were poor. We did not know that there was a washing machine in the garage, which we would have used otherwise (did not receive any information about it at check in) For food you don't get anything at the hotel but with Grab - you can have everything delivered (from breakfast to dinner, fruit, groceries etc). The traffic in the region is almost as congested as in Bangkok - a motorcycle is a better choice than a car. gym is not good to use as the all-round equipment is not working optimally (so better to use a regional gym). This entire region has primarily Russian vacationers and also tws Russian offer as well as increased prices - the inhabitants are mostly Muslims with headscarves - there are also loud mosques in the area that call to prayer 5 times a day with megaphones - but you can't hear any of it in the hotel.

+: The staff were superb friendly and very helpful.

-: It would be great to have a washing machine on the floor or in the pantry.
