+: Everything was well kept, towels changed out readily and well maintained. Good value, location and a decent amount of space for the price.

-: Nothing bad to say.

+: The location is amazing, near Kata beach and many restaurants and bars.

-: The hotel is not a palace at all, the bathroom was dirty. The staff almost doesnt speak english so its really difficult to ask for help.

+: Clean and spacious room, plenty of space for 4 people.Good ACTea, coffee and mini fridge in room.Great location with short walk to the beach.

-: Very short shower, not good for anyone over 4 foot.
