+: Having conciege deliver my 'lost luggage' after it was delivered by Air India (early on day 2) was a definate plus. Breakfast was very nice although somewhere between the kitchen and my room the scrambled eggs I ordered morphed into an omellete, which was also very nice.
-: I know this is very old fashioned but I told the girl at reception my room didn't have a room service menu and she directed me to the pamphlet provided with one of those square code boxes that need to be scanned. I had a scanning app on my phone (which I had never used) so gave it a try and found the Hotel's Room Service quite easily. But to be honest, there's nothing quite like browsing a 'proper' menu when deciding to eat in, and it doesn't have to be a multi-page technicolor gold embossed leather bound tome. A simple printed page (or two) would be totally acceptable.
