+: We were accommodated in 1112 and 1111 and I can say that the room was big and had everything we needed. The air conditioning in room 1112 was a little older, but with such a beautiful resort, that was a small thing. My husband and I used earplugs and solved it... Since I'm not a breakfast person, I can't rate it, but my husband and daughter liked it. Maybe add some avocado spreads and the like. And to extend the breakfast window until 11 am, since people from Europe are shifted by about - 6 hours. The tropical garden was a balm for the soul. The pool was perfect and it's a place to relax. The guy at the bar was nice. The staff were incredibly nice and the best part was that everyone was always smiling. The guys who helped with the suitcases were perfect and nice. And I would probably single out the manager Kob the most, who was the most sunny of my entire stay and I have never met such a manager. Professional and friendly. Kob has perfect behavior and communication. She knows what to say and how to say it when people come in totally exhausted and sick. Thanks a million times Kob. If I were to go to Ao Nang a second time, I would definitely come here a second time as I am not used to going to the same places. Go on !!!

+: All staff was very friendly, and that made it so nice. Breakfast was very nice and the sorrundings was very cool with, a small waterfall and trees :) The pool area was really nice, and child friendly in one end.

-: I would have looved to have a more soft bed. The view was not as nice as the pictures on booking.com where the beach was shown, that would have been so nice.

+: Unterkunft war sauber. Personal war freundlich. Ausstattung war gut. Lage war gut bis sehr gut. Schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann tolle Ausflüge machen

-: Öko Hotel. Eine ganz kleine Raucherinsel im Innenhof. Rauchen auf dem Balkon verboten. Aussicht vom Balkon war nicht schön.

+: The Pakasai resort has a beautiful site with lots of rainforest, plants and animals. The spa has a great location and the staff was very nice. The breakfast is really good and we could choose from many different foods.

-: The room looked very different from the pictures. It seemed like the pictures were taken about 10 years ago. Still the room was clean but the furniture and other equipment was rather old. Also the staff’s English skills weren’t that good.

+: Ottima posizione, struttura quasi immersa in una foresta, molto bella.Abbiamo visto anche le scimmie all’interno della struttura

-: Ci hanno fatto l’upgrade della camera ma era molto distante dall’ingresso. Circa 100 scalini per raggiungere la camera.

+: Property is right round the corner from the busy 3 mile strip of restaurants,bars and shops and beach Hotel is set in forest type gardens which are well maintained, wooden tree top apartments, these are good with air con although are bit dated .. breakfast was lovely lots of choice, staff are so helpful, pool area great with bar, again bit dated but kept clean, lunch at pool is lovely and good cocktails with happy hour, seven eleven opposite x we had a lovely stay for the price we paid

-: Apartments and towels are dated, you need to ask to get your room cleaned, although this is done immediately when asked

+: El Hotel está situado muy cerca de la playa y de un montón de puntos de interés. La piscina es espectacular y la habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno desayuno es muy completo y variado.

-: Las instalaciones se ven un poco viejas, tampoco es que la limpieza sea su fuerte. Sin embargo, el mayor problema lo veo para gente con movilidad reducida, ya que no hay un solo ascensor en todo el complejo, está lleno de cuestas y escaleras.
