+: We stayed in Patong Heritage Hotel for 12 nights . We are really happy to say that we really enjoyed our stay.This hotel is 4 streets away from Jungceylon and like 2 blocks away from the beach. Very close to everything but also far enough from all the busy night life. The hotel and swimming pool is clean and they clean your room every day unless you tell them not to do so.The breakfast was extremely good and delicious, every day there was a new variety of food you could choose from.The staff is friendly and always willing to assist where needed.Both the first and 3rd floor swimming pools and outside the pools are cleaned at night and in the morning.I would recommend that when possible to redo the swimming pools tiles but we swam in both swimming pools 1st and 3rd floor and everything was always clean and neat.Air conditioning was working great for the heat that was really refreshing after a full day in the heat.We were really hesitant regarding the previous reviews regarding this hotel and what other people experienced but to our surprise we really enjoyed the stay and even with our 3 year old son the staff was so friendly, pleasant and playful with our son.We are already planning on our next stay in the same hotel next year and we will be bringing our 2 bigger kids along.Regarding the price we think we received value for our money.The lift is in a good working condition aswell, we had no problem with the lift, not even once and we used the lift every time because we walked with a stroller.Our rooms looked exactly like on the adds, we had the family suite, 2 working air-cons, 3 clean balconies.Lastly yes there is a key deposit of a 1000 Baht but if you did not damage the place you lived in during your stay, then you will receive the 1000 Baht back after your stay. And we received our 1000 Baht in full without any troubles.Thank you for your wonderful service, all around friendly staff, delicious food at every breakfast.

+: Value for money, I give it a 10 most importantly I was very impressed by how comfortable the bed was. Staff were great, breakfast was amazing, good for scooter parking, facilities were good, and location was very good. Close to everything that matters

-: That it did not have a microwave, more hotels should have microwaves as its a big use for when your in a hotel.

+: The staff were amazing. Last minute, we asked about late check out and a taxi, and they were able to help us. The AC worked really well,even if the remote was confusing for us at first. The layoutspace was sufficient. We had a living room area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Laundry service was 80 baht per kilo, and they used my own detergent. The pool was nice.

-: "Sea view" was mostly blocked by a wall, so we had to lean to see it. The condition was... dingy, especially the dirty decorative pillows and the light fixtures coming out of the ceiling. One of the showers wouldn't warm up. The living room TV was just static, no option for streaming on it (but streaming in the bedrooms). The pictures definitely didn't match the room, either the pictures are old or are of other rooms. Breakfast had limited options for vegans.
