+: Der Aufenthalt war ein Geschenk an meine Mutter zu ihrem 60ten. Das Pimalai Resort hat ihr dazu ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade geschenkt und einen Kuchen gab es auch. Meine Eltern hatten einen unvergesslichen Tag im Pimalai! Vielen Dank dafür!!

+: Fantastic staff and service throughout the hotel - 10 out of 10. Transfer to and from Krabi airport is included, they even help you check in at the airport. 3 restaurants (all organize different themed evenings), which gave a wide range and variety of food. The top pool is one of the most beautiful pool areas I have ever seen! Spa was great and great value for money. Sunset from Heritage Bar is amazing.

-: There isn't much to complain about here, except for one thing, the monkeys.. We had a pretty bad and panicky situation at the upper pool. Out of nowhere a large male appears out of nowhere and jumps onto the sun chair (half a meter from my boyfriend - never thought they would come so close) and starts eating our drink decoration. We panicked and tried to scare the monkey away as we were very afraid that he would steal our things (mobile phone, sunglasses etc. were lay open). The monkey was 0 afraid of us and got super aggressiv (showed his teeth and ran after both me, my boyfriend and the staff). Many guests ran from their sunbeds and panic broke out. The staff had to call for a guard who finally managed to scare the monkey away. We were very lucky and no one was hurt. But we were quite traumatized by the incident. I understand that this is not the hotel's fault, but they did not prepare us for this at all and it was obvious that the "monkey-problem" was not something they wanted to talk about much. They continued to decorate the drinks with fruit, although it was obvious that this attracted the monkeys. Heard several stories from both other guests (and staff) about similar incidents. The monkeys were everywhere on the hotel area.

+: Everything was perfect. This was our last 3 days of honeymoon and it was a gorgeous time. The hotel gave us a beautiful room, a honeymoon cake, and such a warm welcome. We ate beautiful food, went on the most incredible snorkelling excursion, used the sailing boats on the beach. The attention to detail is so impressive and it was such a treat to stay here.

-: Double check the dive shop before you go - it was one of our reasons for booking but wasn't running trips during our short stay (they have a sister site in the town that trips where going from)

+: Everything! Top class service all the way through, amazing location, amazing rooms and quality, amazing breakfast. I can’t put a finger on anything bad at all. Big thumbs up!

+: schöne Lage, hervorragende Koordination innerhalb des Hotels, sehr freundliches Personal-vom Transfer bis zum Hotelaufenthalt- sehr guter Service

-: Die Outdoor-Sitzmöbel der Zimmer sind unbequem. Angesichts der vielfältigen Restaurantangebote im Umfeld des Pimalai Ressorts halten wir die Preise der hauseigenen Restaurants für ein wenig überteuert. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig mehr variieren.

+: Location, servizio, camera + bagno (beach villa) disponibilità e cordialità del personale, sempre con il sorriso, fanno di questa struttura un magnifico resort dove abbiamo trascorso una vacanza da sogno. Oltre le nostre aspettative! Semplicemente magnifico.

-: Se proprio dobbiamo fare una critica, ma nulla di eclatante, la cucina-ristorazione e carta vini, nonché la professionalità di chi serve ai tavoli (anche se sempre gentilissimi e sorridenti) sono a nostro avviso da rivedere e migliorare. Il rapporto qualitàprezzo non è propriamente ideale.

+: Wir bekamen ein gratis upgrade und hatten ein Pavilion Suites gleich am Strand. Die Suites sind sehr gross und traumhaft schön.Das Personal von allen Bereichen sind stehts zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich.Die Pools ein traum mit super schönem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Sonnenentergängen.Das Essen ob Früstück oder Abendessen sehr lecker und nahe an der perfektion.Das Resort ist sehr schön in die Natur eingebetet und so sind die wege eher länger aber da es Buggy-shutel gibt sind die wege kein problem.Die Preise sind eher hoch, da jedoch das ganze Resort ein absoluter Traum ist und alles nahe an der perfektion stimmt das PreisLeistung verhältnis. Der Transver zum oder vom Resort ist der angenehmste und einfach nur Top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und dan auch länger!

-: Der Bike Parkplatz gleich an der Hauptstrasse vor dem Resort ist das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat. Wäre gerne bis vor unser Pavilion Suites gefahren.
