-: Dass versucht wurde, sofort eine irreführende Kaution bei der Ankunft, den Gästen abzunötigen. An der Poollbar zu Mittag laute Technomusik gespielt wurde, zum Nachteil von Kleinkindern und ruhesuchenden Gästen. Reichlich Gäste aus dem Land der Babuschka, die sich oft nicht zu benehmen wussten.

+: La literie Les installations (piscines, toboggans, mer proximité)

-: L’établissement n’est pas digne d’un 5*, et indigne de porter l’appellation PULLMAN.Nous sommes des habitués des hôtels pullman.- 6 mois avant notre venue, nous avions demandé deux lits bébé. Nous sommes arrivés il y avait des « lits » sans matelas, type cododo. Il manquait une barrière et les lits n’avaient aucune sécurité. Simplement 30cm de barrière autour donc les bébés pouvaient basculer à tout moment, au bout de 10 jours là bas, toujours pas les deux lits demandés. C’est déplorable, et scandaleux.- Le service est pitoyable : les commandes de repas sont longues (1h environ) et peu copieux.Un vrai manque de professionnalisme, Nous étions suivis par des serveurs, tels des toutous pour vérifier que nous ne touchions pas au buffet puisque nous n’étions pas en all inclusive. Ils venaient tous nous voir pour nous demander de régler avant même d’avoir fini les repas, comme si nous allions partir comme des voleurs ?? Vous n’avez pas des serveurs mais des espions qui nous suivent comme des petits chiens pour vérifier que nous ne touchons pas au buffet, c’est indigne d’un hôtel de votre renommée.À force nous avons fini par le prendre (all inclusive) car nous ne supportions plus cet acharnement. Ils ont ici une idée d’une all inclusive assez spéciale : seul un restaurant le propose, le reste non. Et certaines boissons ne sont pas comprises (smoothies…), le café est payant partout sauf au petit déjeuner, le reste des bars ne proposent pas la formule. Ils ont un réel problème avec l’argent. Ils nous indiquent des prix différents d’un jour à l’autre pour tout (repas, petits déjeuners, excursions…), jusqu’a la fin ils ont essayé de nous facturer des choses que nous n’avions pas consommées (des repas restaurant alors que nous étions en all inclusive, des service mini bar alors que nous n’y avons pas touché!) . Scandaleux.

+: The property was very clean and beautiful. They overbooked our original room type, so they upgraded us to the presidential suite with no extra costs, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was not bad, but did not life up to the 5 star expectations. The beach and facilities there were great. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious.

-: The staff. At the arrival, the check took them almost two hours. It was difficult to communicate properly with the receptionist and every time she walked away, we did not get any information on why and when she would come back.The dinner on our first night was one of our worst experiences we’ve had so far. The lack of etiquette and overall rude behaviour got us annoyed. We had two salads as a starter and then we wanted to order a simple meat platter to share. At first, the waitress could not understand when we showed her the order on the menu, then she stopped listening to me and started shouting to her colleague from a distance something in thai. Finally, she arrived and took our order. Afterwards, when we had been halfway done with our salads, the chef came and threw the main course to share on our table, without a word or any plates to share it. When we asked for said plates, we got a strange look, but they still brought it. Evidently, when we were finished with our salads, the main course was cold. As it was time to sign our bill, no waitress showed up for ten minutes to clear our table, so we just left to our room. Following that waitress calling us around 8 times in our room, when we were already laying in bed, with her phone speaker probably on mute, just for us to come down again and sign the bill.The second day we barely spent any time in the hotel, however when we were having a drink on our balcony in the evening, all of a sudden a staff member stood in our room with our washed clothes. We didn’t hear a knock or bell and he was just standing there, put the clothes on our bed, took a photo of it and left, without apologising for the disruption.In conclusion. we were happy to leave to our next destination the following day, because our stay at the Pullman Khao Lak was to us more frustration than vacation.

+: Super Resort leider etwas abgelegen. Wer es ganz ruhig haben möchte für den ist es ideal. Wer etwas mehr Aktion haben möchte für den ist es etwas zu abgelegen und ruhig. Aber eine ganz moderne super tolle Anlage es fehlt an nichts.

-: Die abgeschiedenheit. Nichts Aussen herum.
