+: La piscine, le personnel, les chambres

-: L'emplacement pas terrible le soir il y a pas grand monde et d'ambiance, le petit déjeuné côter sucré pas bon du tout, le rapport qualité prix cher pour les prestations.

+: Balcony outside of the room was a nice area although it wasn’t very comfortable, some soft padded seats or cushions would have been good. Location is good, close enough for everything if you have a motorbike or car. It wasn’t a bad hotel I just think there is a lot of room for improvement, easy things to put right.

-: Where do I start! The breakfast service was terrible, on the 1st morning the staff took our room number and let us go in, there were no empty tables but they continued to let people in. It was awful trying to find a table, people just eyeing up others who were ready to leave and then pounce to get a seat, then the table had to be cleaned the staff just didn’t know what was going on. The egg and noodle station was just so busy and only 1 or 2 people in that part of the kitchen. The food was average at best and cold, some choices were not replenished in good time. After the second day at breakfast we never went again, so much chaos. A few simple things like being shown to a clean table with cutlery on and being asked for tea or coffee would make such a difference. The pool was always busy and try to get a chair at either the beach or pool was almost impossible after 10am, typical Europeans putting a towel down and then not even being at the hotel, hotel should have some policy to allow others to enjoy the facilities too. Housekeeping was pretty poor. Our room never got cleaned until 2-3pm in the afternoon. Towels were not replaced fully until late afternoon. The floor on the balcony and inside the room was only swept, I didn’t see housekeeping had a mop and bucket, my balcony floor was a mess, yes I had caused some of it but it needs cleaning properly. The design of the room could have been thought out better with regards to space and storage, we had to keep one suitcase in the bathroom.

+: Die Lage war super schön an einem privaten Strandabschnitt mit kleinen Strandcafes und Restaurants nebenan. Für uns perfekt! Nicht zu viel Trubel, aber alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe wie 7eleven und laundry, Reisebüro und so

-: Leider ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bungalows sind schön, aber auch einfach ohne Komfort. Der Kinderpool ist toll. Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht zugesagt. Sehr einfach gehalten. Es gibt jeden Tag das gleiche zu essen. Wir brauchen nicht viel, aber warum man hier nicht auf regionales Obst setzt und auch mal Mango anbietet oder so, haben wir nicht verstanden. Es gab leider noch nicht mal Gurke :-( für ein Familienhotel einfach schade!

+: Wasserpark ist fürFamilien Kindern ideal.

+: Anlage sehr sauber und wirkt Recht neu renoviert. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die rutschen waren auch für uns Erwachsene Recht lustig.Der Strandabschnitt war gut.Massage war direkt vom Hotel angeboten nicht teuer mit 300 baht pro Stunde (direkt am Meer)

-: Ein bisschen mehr liegen am Meer wären super.Am Frühstück sehr laut.Am Pool ab ca. 17 Uhr aus unserer Sicht zu laute und zu Technolastige Musik für dass das dort Familien mit kleinen Kindern Urlaub machen.Und größter Punkt: (dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts) direkt nebenan wird das 'emerald cove' KOMPLETT kernsaniert. Daher ist bis auf 12-13 Uhr von morgens ca. 8 Uhr bis Abends 20 Uhr starker Baustellen Lärm. Diesbezüglich hätte meines Erachtens das Hotel dies ersichtlich machen müssen, bzw. Die Zimmerpreise etwas anpassen.
