+: Cave style antique rooms, huge Breakfast menu, Drop-off the luggage facility, city-center location, close proximity to everything in Göreme, one of the fairy chimney right in front of the hotel

-: They advertised Buffet breakfast. There was none. No dinning area, Breakfast was brought to your room, which was 2 slices bread, 1 boiled egg, 1butter,jam and a paper cup with a tea bag. No laundry service, No pool, No telephone in the room, The water from the bath room runs over into the toilet,We had to bundle up a tower and place across the area between the bath and the toilet to prevent the water from coming into the toilet. We paid for a king deluxe, which consisted of King size bed and bath and shower, and private access to pool. The pool it had was the pool of water in the toilet after showering. When I asked about it, they said I had to be pay more.I would like to recommend that booking.com remove them from your site.

+: Desayuno buffet libre bastante bueno en terraza con vistas. Personal amable y servicial. Ubicación buena.

-: La ducha estaba en mal estado, perdía agua por encima de la mampara. La limpieza mejorable, no tienen la costumbre de limpiar las habitaciones a diario.

+: Easily reach from bus station, with only a small slope. We arrived very early in the morning, they r really 24hr reception. We waited at reception until our tour time. They have a beautiful view at rooftop. Very affordable price booked at low season mid February. They have the cave hotel feel. Blankets are warm enough till heater not require to switch on. They serve very good breakfast.

-: We took the budget room, hence just looking at street, which is OK. They have great rooftop.

+: Clean, cozy room, comfortable bed. The place have an amazing terrace from which you can see hot air balloons at sunrise. Absolutely amazing!

+: Best value for the money. Right at the city center but with quiet neighborhood. Has one of the best rooftoo to watch the hot air balloon. Exceptional Turkish breakfast and super friendly and helpful receptions helped me to get the tour agencies.
