+: Location is excellent and breakfast was also good.

-: Entrance, corridor and stairs' area of the building dirty and with lot of supplies like eggs, new and used bed linens etc. Room was very dirty, seems they used not to clean it for 2-3 weeks. Dust was everywhere. Sockets were not provided near every bed, as promised ("Socket near the bed") while booking, and there were not Child safety socket covers. Heating Machine room was juts in front of our room, with lot of noise. Bathroom door look was out of order and was not repaired even I have informed the reception and manager and was promised that it will be repaired. Bathtub glass door fell down while using the bath and child damaged the leg. Window locks were not working properly, we were unable to completely close one window. Elevator was out of order on second day, whole day from the morning till the evening and no one from personnel even noticed it, until I informed them at the reception. Then the receptionist helped to fix it. Tried to order Bosporus tour at the reception and they provided "special" price which was twice as much as usual standard price (they told 150 EUR, while booking.com offered 75 EUR).

+: De locatie was super. Je kunt overal te voet naartoe. Als je iets verder weg wilt kun je de metro pakken. Top locatie dus. Ook het ontbijt was heel goed geregeld. Vers en hele leuke mensen.

-: We hadden voor 5 geboekt, maar kregen een kamer voor 4. Het is opgelost door een tweepersoons kamer in het souterrain te geven. Deze kamer was niet helemaal wat je van een tweepersoonskamer verwacht. De muren moesten nog gestucd worden en de electra hing er gevaarlijk bij. De badkamer was wel prima.

+: Hotel smješten na jako dobroj lokaciji., oko 250 m od Plave džamije. Sobe su vrlo prostrane a restoran na krovu hotela pruža lijep pogled s jedne strane na Bospor a s druge na Plavu džamiju.

+: Super beliggenhet. Fine rom og god frokost.

+: Location. Closer to bars and mais attractions.

-: They gave me a suite that I didnt book.Room on 3th floor, and breakfast on the 4th from 7am. You can image that was impossible to sleep after that time, plates, kitchen and people moving the chairs, the noise was absolutely inside the room. Breakfast is poor, not options available. Definetely dont reccomend. Room has old furniture and not very clean.

+: Posizione perfetta, nei pressi della Moschea Blu. Stanza vista mare con due camere da letto e vasca idromassaggio. Colazione internazionale buona. Staff professionale e gentile.
