+: Das Personal war überaus freundlich, das Essen wirklich hervorragend.Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig. Unser Balkon mit Meerblick war auch sehr schön.

-: Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig.Bei unserer Anreise , war das Animationsteam gerade abgereist und es war Allgemein zu wenig Unterhaltung.Vorallem Abends teilweise zu langweilig für uns.

+: The hotel is quite isolated which is something we wanted as we went for some R&R, we didn’t want shops or noise instead of all that it’s set in a wonderful picturesque part of Izmir, the facility’s were good, a lovely clean pool that had a life guard, and the beds around the pool were nice too, they had music round the pool but not over powering, the beach was beautiful and amazing views, nice towels to use on the beach or poolside, the drinks were good there, with good size plastic cups for pool and beach use, the food was great, there was a very good choice with an outstanding pool side grill all cooked fresh, the pizzas we great, and something you don’t normally get on all inclusive is ice cream cones from 24pm, the food in the main dining room was of good quality and plenty of choice. Breakfast was amazing too, cooked to order eggs station with generous helpings, fresh pancakes, pastries cereals, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc they also have a Ala carte restaurant which was very nice too. They do have water slides pool too, but I don’t think that was open when we was there,? The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. In all areas reception was very helpful, the coffee shop again very obliging, the restaurant staff very helpful, bar staff were happy in their jobs, the chefs were on duty in all services, which was nice to see they were proud of their food they serve. The life guard was professional and vigilant, and the maids in the room service went above and beyond. This is a happy hotel and certainly made us feel at home, we found the hotel guests to be more local people rather than English but this made no difference to us, we was made to feel special.

-: The beds was the only thing I can say that is slightly negative was a bit too hard for me, but I see that as personal choice

+: Locatia este exact asa cum e prezentata: la malul marii, camere mari, curatenie. Personal super amabil , gata sa te ajute daca aveai vreo problema. Mancarea super buna, nu am avut nici un fel de probleme. Bucatarii erau mereu prezenti in sala si te intrebau daca e totul in regula. Din aceste puncte de vedere totul a fost super. Multumim pentru tot.

-: Am stat acolo 9 nopti, dar a fost plictiseala maxima pentru ca nu a fost nici un fel de distractie. Nici ziua , nici seara nu aveai ce sa faci. Era un hotel langa noi unde in fiecare seara era discoteca, cred ca aveau si activitati pe timpul zilei. In ziua cand am ajuns se demonta scena unde probabil, pana atunci, au avut loc spectacole Am intrebat pe cineva de ce nu e nici un fel de enterteinment si mi a spus ca se pregatesc de inchiderea sezonului. Chiar daca era asa, hotelul era destul de plin si toata lumea cred ca s a plictisit. Nu aveai nici unde sa pleci pentru ca era la vrreo 18 km de kusadasi. Noi am fost cu masina si am mai facut iesiri, dar seara tot era plictiseala. Daca era si enterteinment ar fi fost un sejur de vis. Mai am o nemultumire legata de faptul ca pe Booking apare la politicile proprietatii ca nu sunt acceptate animalele de companie. In schimb am vazut cu caini de diferite rase, cateva familii. Daca stiam ca pot sa mi iau catelul, as fii fost mult mai linistita si fericita si nu eram nevoita sa l las la prieteni 2 saptamani.
