+: L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dal centro di Goreme. Una nota di merito alla ragazza alla reception (di cui non ricordo il nome ma è l'unica ragazza che abbiamo visto) molto gentile e disponibile. Ci si può rivolgere a lei per organizzare i tour. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di tranfert da e per l'aeroporto che è stato impeccabile.

-: Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera King Delux. La camera ha enormi potenzialità ma è piuttosto trascurata. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di birra quasi vuota, dimenticata sul camino dai precedenti ospiti e che non è stata tolta da chi si è occupato delle pulizie. I rubinetti presentavano incrostazioni di calcare, l'anta dell'armadietto in bagno era rotta e non chiudeva bene. Dato che la camera è una Cave, il bagno non aveva finestre e il ricircolo dell'aria avveniva tramite un'apertura sul soffitto che si collegava al terreno sopra la camera e da cui entrava la terra che cadeva sulla toilette. Avevamo una piscina a uso privato. Purtroppo l'umidità nella stanza ha creato la muffa sulle pareti. Entrando nella stanza della piscina non si avvertiva odore di cloro, perciò non ci siamo fidati a fare il bagno. Infine, la colazione era piuttosto scarsa.

+: Empire was nicely located away from all the noise but easily walkable to everything. Had adequate parking and the staff was wonderful and communicative before and during our stay.

-: The credit card machine went down at check in. Allowed us to check in still.

+: We stayed in the suite with a private pool, and wow, it was incredible!!! Such a big pool that you can properly swim in, and inside a CAVE! It was such an incredible experience. The bed, room, and bathroom were all just beautiful, and bed was really comfy! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Did our laundry for us for a fee. Breakfast was delicious. Such a special stay. 100% recommend treating yourself to this gorgeous room!!!

-: The curtains in the pool room are great for privacy, but did get a bit wet on the bottoms. No biggie, to be honest! There was some moss on the ceiling of the pool cave, but of course that's to be expected.

+: La decoración de la habitación, los jardines, el desayuno variado y completo. Muy cerca de la calle principal y a 15 min andando del Viewpoint. Restaurantes y tiendas cerca.

-: Por decir algo, no limpiaron la habitación en los 3 días que estuvimos, ni repusieron toallas. El agua de la piscina privada estaba un poco fria.

-: Mobilier foarte vechi.

+: Localização excelente. Em uma rua plana, próximo ao centro, menos de 5 minutos a pé. Mas, ao mesmo tempo, em local silencioso. Quarto amplo. Bom atendimento. Fechei com eles o passeio de balão e foi ótimo. Empresa profissional e com preço sem exploração ao turista.

-: Quarto sem black out e com cortinas claras. Não tem como dormir com a claridade. Ar condicionado não gelou totalmente o quarto. Pelas fotos do booking achei que tinha piscina mas ao chegar fui informada que a piscina da foto era apenas de um quarto. Achei que poderia melhorar na limpeza do box dos banheiros

+: Good location, 3 minutes walk to the main street of Goreme. Good view of the opposite side caves hotels.Hotair balloons are flying right above the balcony, so close that you can literally see faces of people on the baloon. Great Court yard, with flowers and comfortable yard furniture. Very good and large variety of products for breakfast. Great and helpfull staff. Water, cattle, coffee and tea available in the room. Good air conditioning and flat screen TV + closet. Good mattresses.

-: Wooden furniture is a bit old, and pillows are not soft. The sofa is extremely old and you can feel the Wooden frame thru the pillows if you try to lay an not sit. The wooden door of the toilet does not lock, and scritches lowedly. Wooden door to the balcony gets stuck and hard to close and open. TV is flat and large but no international channels, only Turkish. The shandalier was missing lamps, so at night not enough light. Overall, all of the above did not bother us much, so we still gave it a 9. Due to location, staff, breakfast and the yard.
