+: Hotel staff was just perfect!

+: Great location, really wonderful staff who were so welcoming and kind. Kadir was lovely and so helpful, he upgraded our rooms so we had a balcony and a sea view and helped us plan sightseeing tours and booked us a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was delicious with a different selection every day. The two ladies that ran the breakfast room were really kind. This is a wonderful hotel which was a calm oasis to return to after the busyness of Istanbul.

+: If I could have given our stay at Four-G Hotel, the staff and especially Kardeşler Kadir, Celal and Aykut an 1110 I would have done so!I have stayed in Istanbul a couple of times before, and this is the best hotel I have stayed in by far. The service received was 1110. The staff made us feel at home and became our family, the hotel is exceptionally clean and location ideal! I plan to revisit Istanbul in the near future, and will without any hesitation be booking Four-G Hotel.

+: location, view from the room, breakfast. Room service - cleaning staff, and ladies at breakfast are very nice people. Overall it is a good, clean, simple, budget hotel.

-: When booking have in mind that soundproof is poor. Thus, take earplugs with you. But of course, this is a building construction problem and a matter of luck not to have loud neighbours. Also, it is allowed to smoke in the balconies and inner courtyard. So, if you don't smoke and don't like the smell and fume of cigarettes be prepared to live with closed windows. Another thing, reception staff were a bit too pushy offering an airport transfer service, sending repetitive messages and information, reminding of the hotel's gifts to us etc. It is understandable that they try to be helpful and to please their guests (and to be sure to get a good review), however too much of this can be annoying. But again, these are only remarks of a personal nature and minor service issues that are easily fixed.

+: Super-freundliches Personal, die alles tun, um es dem Gast schön zu machen. Zimmer sind modern und funktional eingerichtet und haben eine gute Größe. Die Betten sehr bequem. Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel.

+: They upgraded our room to one with a seaview. The staff was really friendly. Everything was perfect!

+: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben viele Informationen über Istanbul erhalten, bei Fragen wurde uns an der Rezeption immer geholfen. Wir haben auch ein Zimmer Upgrade mit Sicht aufs Meer erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

+: It was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, perfect location close to the most important places. The breakfast was super complete and delicious. A very good hotel, with spectacular service. Thank you so much for everything.

+: Great location and great people. This was the best hospitality I have seen in my life. They go out of the way to help you and everyone is so polite. It feels just like home.
