+: Animatörlerden İsmail ve Berivan çok başarılılar, insanları eğlendirmeyi ve hal hatır sormayı yani arkadaşça davranmayı çok iyi biliyorlar. Yemekler, temizlik, minibarın günlük olarak yenileniyor olması çok güzeldi ve otelde tanıştığımız Rus, Moldovalı ve Kazak arkadaşlarımız çok cana yakınlardı.

-: Pazar günü neredeyse bütün animatörlerin izinli oluyor olması, üzerine yemeklerin de diğer günlere nazaran daha az seçenek veya özel seçenekleri daha az bulundurması hoşuma gitmemişti. Elbette insanlar izinli olacaklar ancak hepsinin aynı gün izinli oluyor olması, oteli pazar günü kapalı hale getirmiş gibi oldu.

-: A hotel not worthy of a five-star, I arrived the first evening and was given a room not clean I had to go back down to reception to ask for another room, the reception staff are unpleasant, especially the two managers, a man and a woman. They speak very badly to customers. The food was not terrible... a real calamity... I wouldn't return oh this hotel for anything in the world.

+: The location of the hotel is extraordinary. Literally amazing place. The sea view and the jungle view are perfect both a treat for the eyes and also photography. Both the pool and the sea were perfect. The animation team were also very positive. Although being rejected by visitors to attend entertainments, they were always positive. The pool was so big. Enough space for everyone. Room service was good too. A la cart restaurant was very good. The food was much better than the hotel restaurant. Drinks were good enough. The bartenders were friendly and fast. Although alcohol was local, the cocktails were decent.

-: The hotel is too old and needs immediate renovation. Staff don't speak English at all. Only one person in reception knew English and he wasn't there most of the times. We would usually drop our requests because of their poor English. But they all knew Russian. This hotel was a territory of Russians. Even Turkish people were in minority. Some signs were just in Russian not even Turkish or English. The food was average not something to write home about. Breakfast was too limited with the cheese and salami choices restricted to 3 types only. Food variety wasn't a 5 star either. I think hotel wasn't stingy in stock, but the chefs didn't provide an a level performance. Also, don't count on hotel WiFi. They need more access points to be installed immediately.
