-: Rommene er helt forferdelig veldig skittent,lukter edik og mugg som bare det. Dusjen virker ikke, gamle mag i kjøleskapet, skittent sengetøyhåndkle. Fant 2 nåler på gulvet. Ankom hotellet fredag. Sov 1 natt på hotellet. Det var nokk. Betalte for 1 uke. Sa at jeg kunne betale for 2 dager og få tilbake resten av pengene men det var ikke aktuelt for dem. Hold dere unna det hotellet. Fant meg mye bedre hotell 3 km unna( New Taksim Hotel) mye billigere også. Helt utrolig at de har lov å drive hotell. Dette er skam

+: The personnel were very friendly and helpful, looks like they run the place with very few people and they do try their best. Price was very cheap, we paid 250€ for 6 nights with breakfast, which was served fresh and hot every morning. The ACs, heating and hot water worked well. And it is located right at the Istiklal street and for that matter it was actually quite quiet.

-: You can't open windows in the rooms really, but AC was working fine. The room description did not match the room we got, we got a sofa instead of the bed. And there were no smoke detectors, there was a smoke smell coming from time to time, so maybe some visitors are smoking in the rooms, it is probably a good idea to pay more attention to the fire safety.

+: Very good location but The Matures is not comfortable, no sleeper in the room for the toilet and no warm water for hand wash in room number 201. When I complained they said we would change your room but they did not change.
