+: The location and the view were amazing, quite good Turkish breakfast. Restaurant staff was amazing!!! very helpful and nice, but as we learned later the restaurant is not a part of the hotel and owned by different people

-: Unfortunately the staff and service ruined the whole impression: there was no one at the reception when we arrived (and it wasn't late, we informed the hotel in advance about the time of arrival), we had to wait 10-15 minutes for check-in. All the staff spoke poor English and it was very difficult to communicate, solve problems etc We had issues with cleaning: we didn't request for it everyday, but when we did none cleaned our room, so we had to inform reception every time we wanted to have clean towels so that they didn't forget about our room. Well and the room and other facilities are much in need of renovation

+: the location was great. the dog that guards the hotel was lovely and really friendly and greeted us every time we left and arrived. The breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive

-: unfortunately, the property was starting to look quite tired and could do with a renovation. The evening restaurant was also limited and very expensive. Therefore, i would recommend eating elsewhere. The hotel is also meant to be adults only, however they let children swim in the pool after eating there at lunchtime. This disturbed the peace and was not why we booked the hotel.

+: Georgeous luxurious hotel in a quiet place along the peninsula. The room was one of the best I've stayed in, and the rest of the facilities were top notch. The evening restaurant was outstanding, truly world class. Would return again.

-: Communication with some staff was difficult, and service during the daytime wasn't great. We had some poor cocktails and average snacks food

+: Super sauber, sehr nettes Personal, Top Wasserqualität (Meer). Perfekt zum abschalten (absolute Ruhe).

-: Restaurant ist verhältnismäßig zu teuer (sehr schade, da schöne Location und super nettes Personal.Alternative sind im Zentrum von Kas aber zu finden!

+: Stunning room with incredible views, and impeccably designed and maintained. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our requests and questions as well. We used the spa services and they were also amazing - the hamam experience in particular! The restaurant does brilliant food for dinner, and is a welcome culinary step up from the more standard food served in restaurants in the centre of Kas. The beach area is also peaceful and beautiful, again with excellent service and vibes. Thanks!
