+: Location; hotel facilities, cleanliness and staff were all excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

-: The room was very basic and the furniture, other than the bed, was low quality. It could have had some drawer storage for clothes and a kettle would have been nice.

+: It was very central to everything, friendly and clean. Good sized room with balcony that wasn’t overlooked. Enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and rock tombs. Although it was close to everything it was nice and quiet at night.

-: Not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobe.No hot water in the shower in the morning.Needs updating, particularly the bathroom. There were black specks of paint on the floor and the sink. No hook on the back of the bathroom door. Tiling had a couple of holes in and other areas that had been roughly plastered over. No hairdryer in bathroom or bedroom.Pillows only had one pillowcase on. Mirrors in bathroom and bedroom need cleaning.Breakfast was adequate but could have done with more choice of egg, hard boiled only. Coffee machine was temperamental.

-: Das Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht. Wi Fi funktionierte nur mit unterbrüchen. WC-Rollenhalter war kaputt. WC Türe liess sich nur von innen verschliessen. Sonst Stand sie offen...

+: Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr zentral, sehr schöne Aussicht von der Frühstücksterasse auf die Felsengräber. Frühstück war reichlich, manchmal war das ein oder andere elektrische Gerät kaputt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Pool war super, Zimmer und Balkon waren gut, Liegen und auch Luftmatrazen für den Pool waren vorhanden !!, gute Preise an der Hotelbar, Personal hat sich um alles gekümmert, egal welches Anliegen man hatte, guter Minikühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, eigentlich ruhiges Hotel mit eher älteren Gästen und ein paar Familien mit Kindern, für gute Erholung sehr geeignet

-: Der TV kleinste Größe die es gibt, in der Nähe eine Bar und eine Disco, die bis 2 Uhr nachts laute Musik machen, das war trotz der Doppelverglasung leider gut zu hören. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zu dieser Seite. Ob es auch in den anders gelegenen Zimmern und in den anderen Gebäuden zu den anderen Richtungen zu hören war weiß ich nicht.

+: Love it here. Great location, nice choice at breakfast, lovely pool area. Basic room facilities but everything we needed for our stay, and very clean

+: The location is unbeatable. A moment's walk from the main street of Dalyan, yet peaceful within the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The managerowner (sorry not sure which!) is a wonderful lady who knows all the guests, which room they're in, and does everything she can to help guests with every element of their stay; restaurant recommendations, taxis, trips, anything you could think of.

-: Some of the younger staff don't know much English (although who am I to judge - my Turkish is non-existent) but it did create confusion at times. I'm sure they'll be much improved by the end of the season.The WiFi is patchy in rooms, but great in reception and the bar.These are both very minor complaints and I would have no hesitation staying at Metin again and again, as many people do.
