+: В этом отеле отличный персонал, огромный выбор вкусных блюд и роскошный песчаный пляж. Отличное обслуживание! Мы уже второй раз посещали это место и довольны на 100%.

+: Beach was great : clean and location is also good . Some staff was helpful - special thanks to Olesya that helped us a lot ..The food was not bad , good variety, though nothing extraordinary . Large territory, many activities to do .

-: Mattresses were a disaster ! It’s a shame to have this at 5 star hotel . We asked to replace those 2 days every time listening that it’s impossible, after finally housekeeper managed to get us normal mattress . But ! She left the old mattresses in our room and refused to take them away , so we had to live with them for few days and that also didn’t make us happy . So far we were able to sleep normally it was not already such a big issue . Also this hotel is not non-smokers friendly . They do not divide rooms into smoking or non - smoking . Firstly we were offered the room after somebody smoking was living there , smell was awful and we had to change . But even after changing the room the smell was coming through balcony so we had to keep balcony closed all time , no fresh air . For us it was super not comfortable . Also was very annoying that to book the restaurant a La carts seems is a big problem, luckily Olesya managed to help us . Also still about mattress - was annoying to listen that it’s impossible from the reception and pity that such basic thing which we are not supposed to worry about at 5 star hotel had to take us so much energy , time and nerves . Very disappointing. Also no bathrobe clothes available in the room . And no mosquito nets and repellents in the room .

+: Large territory, amazing beach, interesting evening animation, good variety of food during the meals, good cleaning.

-: Too many extra services, especially for children (even ice cream and popcorn in the evening), oldies instead of hits, there were not any interesting activities in the kids club for childern under 5 years, low quality of the alcohol and concentrates instead of juices, no fast food to eat before dinner time, because you should pay for fast food.

+: Beautiful, clean beach and lots of pools and waterslides. It was also green grass, flowers and trees that made a nice athomsphere. You were able to use the pools and amenities of the other two hotels as well. The evening shows were really great both for adults and kids. You could go and watch a show at the hotel next door if you wanted. The aerobicdancespinning classes were great!

-: The bed was too hard the first night but the employees fixed it with soft mattress covers the next day. Some of the staff people were young Russian girls who would not understand basic customer service. The cats around the hotel are cute but not vaccinated and we saw one of the cat really sick..the symptoms matched with rabies. The tourists were not warned about the risks at all. The food was quite tasteless even for my 9 year old daughter and it was not much variety - it was mostly the same food at the buffet every day. They did not have an evening snack bar and that was a pitty when especially kids are used to get something small to eat (bananayogurttoast) before bedtime. The aqua fit class was bad. First of all it was in a pool that was way too deep to be able to do the movements properly. The water was cold and the instructor didn’t make us move enough at all. It was more like giving a class for kids but we were adults.
