-: Le personnel en restauration était un peu froid et je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que lorsque l'ont est parti au diner ils sont venu dans notre chambre pour fermer les rideaux..

+: La gentillesse du personnel, notamment abdouyou et la patronne de l’établissement qui sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le lieu est merveilleux, la nourriture est très bonne c’est un lieu idéal pour du repos.

+: Struttura molto carina, piccola ed accogliente. Molto comodo avere una piscina privata. Staff attento e super gentile.

+: Le aspettative su questo Resort erano altissime.Una suite con piscina privata (la pool 2) doveva essere la fine col botto di una bellissima e lunga vacanza a Zanzibar (durante la quale abbiamo alloggiato in altre 4 strutture) e si è invece rivelata una grandissima delusione. Per fortuna il soggiorno prenotato in mezza pensione è stato breve e siamo anche andati via prima del previsto, anche se ci abbiamo rimesso un sacco di soldi. Peccato, perché l'ambiente intorno alla grande piscina è gradevole e il pontile, e la piscinetta con una bella rinfrescata avrebbero un ottimo potenziale. Molto belli gli arredi del jetty e l'idea dei lettini con i gazebo e le tende bianche. Il cibo è discreto, senza infamia e senza lode.Il mare è meraviglioso, ma quello lo offre Zanzibar a costo zero.

-: Questo resort ,appena aperto (credo nel 2018) aveva indubbiamente uno standing elevato e meritava le eccellenti recensioni tributategli dai clienteli ma allo stato attuale è veramente decaduto, i prezzi peró sono comunque altissimi in relazione alla qualità offerta.Se si può soprassedere sulla mancata manutenzione degli esterni come muri rotti,faretti per illuminazione (tutti!) caduti e non funzionanti e pure coi fili elettrici scoperti (anche se un 4 stelle non dovrebbe assolutamente permettere ciò) quello che è totalmente intollerabile è la mancanza di igiene della stanza e degli arredi.Sporcizia e polvere vecchia di mesi (vedi foto condizionatore), ragnatele, cuscini sporchi di sangue o chissà cosa (?!), lenzuolino liso e sporco appoggiato sopra un polveroso materasso sfinito,lenzuola vecchie e ingiallite, asciugamani consumati e coi buchi, specchi in bagno macchiati e rovinati,climatizzatore che non raffredda e fa un rumore infernale, ventilatore arrugginito e rumoroso, vecchio frigo il cui motore si accende e spegne in continuazione e tutto questo rende impossibile il sonno...o muori di caldo oppure non dormi per il casino...un incubo ad occhi aperti sostanzialmente.La stanza buia e la puzza dolciastra causata dal climatizzatore sporco e non manutenuto, i cuscini delle poltrone macchiati, la porta sgangherata da cui entrano insetti in continuazione sono la ciliegina sulla torta.In compenso dettami e regole continue vengono imposti dalla struttura, tipo PER RAGIONI DI IGIENE E SICUREZZA non si possono introdurre in hotel cibi e bevande! Cioè, devi comprare tutto da loro,pure l'acqua, dopo che hai finito le 2 bottigliette di cortesia offerte.Telecamere dappertutto puntate addosso agli ospiti che manco in galera al 41 bis, musica dalle 7 e mezza del mattino fino alle 23 ad alto volume IN TUTTI GLI AMBIENTI COMUNI tra l'altro con una playlist che si ripete ossessivamente, tutto il giorno... questo è il corollario al soggiorno da sogno.

+: The staff were really nice and especially Ayuba was always smiling and giving great service. The overwater area and the views were lovely.

-: There is a lot to say about our stay. We had high expectations but this resort did not live up to them at all. We had booked 2 nights but checked out 1 night earlier. The hotel gave us tiktok-looking vibes but in reality it was not that good. - Pools looked like they had not been cleaned for several years. - Rats in the restaurantkitchen area -Our room had lizards and grasshoppers and many insects in it. After talking to the reception they sprayed half a can of mosquito spray but never really cleaned the room but they were still there and saw a tail that looked like a rats tail but could have been a lizards as well. We changed room and got assured they would deep clean it, however the room was still dirty and had grasshoppers, spiders and spider webs. Very dirty toilet seat as well. We have lived in various places around the world and many which have lower standards but never experienced like this before since this hotel is advertised as a 4-5 star hotel (depending where you look) and we certainly overpaid. The receptionist told us that they had tried to clean and did not know what else to do and said “this is Africa”. I have been to many places in Africa and if I would have wanted to stay with all sorts of insects and small creatures I could have saved money and just slept in the jungle. We were not offered any sort of compensation, nothing to accommodate us in anyway or let us leave with something good from the hotel. We knew the hotel had no refund policy, but we were offered nothing in return for all the hassle. No customer service at all. We were so disappointed and would never consider coming back and would not recommend to anyone else. Suprised this place is set as a 4-5 star hotel.

+: Lieu magique. Très propre. Très agréable. Nourriture très sympa et avec du choix. Bien entretenu.

-: Un singe enchaîné… pour divertir le public… non merci. Le matelas du lit est extrêmement dur et cause des douleurs au dos.

+: Hôtel idéal pour se ressourcer dans un cadre de rêve à l'écart des zones hôtelières ! Nous avons adoré le spot, le ponton avec ses lits, salons de jardin et piscine sur le ponton pour se désaler et un escalier pour aller se baigner sans avoir à marcher sur des rochers ! Le spectacle à marrée basse est canon avec ses couleurs somptueuses ,les pecheurs et les femmes qui ramassent les algues. Bref un moment suspendu...un rêve éveillé ! Les chambres sont grandes simples, mais clairement c'est le site et les infrastructures qui font tout ! Le personnel est charmant ainsi que la boss ! La cuisine est bonne, j'ai adoré les cigales de mer !
