+: Location adequate for work. Good Wi-Fi.

-: This place appears to be on the decline since my last stay (a little over a year ago). Pool was dirty, poolside area seems to be neglected, bar was unstaffed (apparently run separately from the hotel) - no-one knew where the guy was who was running the bar and even advised other local bars & restaurants which were much better. Unable to report on quality of meals because ate elsewhere. Reception staff were helpful & friendly but no-one else seemed to care less. Over priced for what you get, there are many other hotels in the area charging less & offering much more. I will be reluctant to stay here again. Was planning to extend stay whilst working in Dar es Salaam but quickly made mind up to try somewhere else.

-: Poor quality water in room… No pressure.

+: Location and the food in the restaurant, it was amazing.

-: The gym was absolutely abandoned.

-: restrictions of my guest cannot be allowed breakfast regardless the fact that, i was fasting

+: Well, the hotel has different kinds of food. The food was awesome. I prefer Tanzanian food since they know how to cook.

-: The restaurant areas should be a bit bigger since it got crowded at some point.
