+: The view and proximity to city centre

-: Unfortunately the whole hotel premises has a very heavy smell, the parking area may have been leaking, the AC was not working well, took a while for warm water to come through, restaurant staff made it feel like asking for brewed coffee was asking for too much, brought me an omlette with too much sugar and when i communicated it they just took away the plate without so much of a sorry.

+: Albergo carino e pulito, staff molto gentile e disponibile.

+: Room was big enough

-: Breakfast was not as per standard

+: Excellent service, very friendlier and professional staff.

-: very quiet and relaxed environment, with soundproof windows.

+: the staff is very friendly and helpful

-: we couldnt access our room for a couple of hours because there was a fumigation
