+: The hotel is clean, full of greens, nice pool, great service, friendly approach to every request. I'm really glad we choose TOA for the extra stay in Zanzibar. Best place to chill out, have good food and enjoy the beautiful views around with white beach 😍

-: There are few cats around which only if you don't like them may annoy you otherwise, we had great time.

Super arrangeant aussi malgré notre arrivée tardive à la suite d'annulation de volsLe petit déjeuner et les repas bons et copieuxMeme si certains équipements de la salle de sport ne fonctionnaient pas, l'hôtel dispose de bons aménagements avec une belle piscine et tous les équipements nécessaires pour se poser sur la plage

+: Assez moderne ..calme ...petit dej buffet à côté de la piscine. Serveur disponible 55. Accueil chaleureux dès la réception...service restaurant impec ainsi qu'au Bar. Recommandation impec du guide Touristique Ali. Tout est top. Bravooooo

+: Feels like Heaven on Earth . My room was just infront of the pool which was amazing , The food & drinks menu was Also great, The ocean is so close with an amazing view & there’s a Heart Piece sitting area on the beach That makes you fall in love when you chill on it . Special thanks to (Asia) For upgrading My Room & letting me check in as soon as I arrived & also For allowing me to have a late checkout just to relax on my last day . I appreciate all this great service from all the staff too . And Most of All , Special Thanks to The Manager also for being friendly & greeting me always & till the last moment before I left ❣️ . It was the Hardest GoodBye & Even though I had to leave back home , I still left my Heart there forever 🥺🤍 . & I can’t wait to Come there again on my Next Trip to Zanzibar ❣️

-: The Breakfast buffet & Menu was almost everyday the same . The food is still good But I wish they had more different options every day so it wont get boring .

+: I was at the resort 15-22 May 24 which was off peak season and it was perfect. I opted for full board so breakfast and dinner were included in the price of the stay. Breakfast was buffet that includes egg station (yay for custom omelet every morning) and always had fresh fruit among other things. Dinner during low occupancy was a menu with some options for starter, Main and dessert that changed from one day to the next. I thought this was a fun way to choose my dinner and customize my dining experience. When the hotel had more occupancy, dinner was a buffet with several different meal options. The food was always delicious! There is a mango, avocado, shrimp salad on the pool bar menu; you MUST try it. Resort offers free wifi that was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The staff was very responsive and always looking to ensure you were satisfied and had what you needed. I went to adjust one of the pool chairs and it ‘broke’ and there was a staff member there in 30 seconds to get me another chair. Francis worked most of the days of my stay and was so friendly and offered wonderful customer service. The hotel has a spa and I took full advantage! Michi is awesome, the prices were reasonable and I was able to make multiple appointments because it was quiet at the resort. There is a small gym on site but I chose to walk in the mornings; the road outside the resort is calm and people in the town are very friendly.

-: There are a lot of services and entertainment options available at the hotel and they do a dinner on the beach sometimes. I think there should be a tour of the resort or some sort of pamphlet in the room to tell guests what’s available so they can take advantage of everything.

+: Beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Esther, Ally and last but not least the bartender who did not hesitate to jump into the pool to rescue my phone 🙂
