+: The entrance area and the doorman was kind.

-: The shower was tepid as the water wasn't hot. There was construction in the hotel, which wasn't advertised so the hotel was dusty. But the worst was in the night there was a storm and one room didn't have a shutter closed. It started banking around 9ish and I had a fitful sleep waking to hear the shitter banging. By 4am I was livid with rage, why hadn't they done something about the shutter. Myself and another guest were in reception complaining at 4am where you could clearly hear the shutter banging. It banged for over 6 hours before staff eventually got the key and fixed the shutter from banging, because I caused a scene. Laziness and a complete lack of care is the only reason I can think of for this terrible lack of guest care.Finally, when leaving the hotel at 6am, having previously ordered a take-away breakfast. They hadn't made one. Again a complete lack of care or not doing their jobs properly.The most expensive hotel but terrible service. Little sleep, no breakfast.

+: Un emplacement idéal face a la mer et proche du centre, un personnel attentionné et extrêmement gentil.

-: Hôtel un peu vieillissant, propreté à améliorer. Des travaux, mais là il faut bien que ça se fasse

+: Værelset - suit - var meget smukt og flot udsigt til vandet. . Men ene af dagene lugtede det af kloak i værelset .

-: Begrænset fleksibilitet for senere check- ud. Det er et 5 stjernet hotel og burde have større fleksibilitet. Vi fik til kl 11 am. Ellers skulle vi betale 75% overnatnings pris.
