+: It’s not my first time staying at Olympia and it was a pleasure going back this time as well. Especially with all the renovations and other improvements, couldn’t help but feel proud of them haha!They have a great location, great facilities, great beach and last but not least, an amazing hardworking staff!

-: I didn’t like the prices in their restaurantsbars (especially with the limited choices they offer on their menus). Now, I’m well aware of the prices spiking all around Albania, but some things were very unreasonable and I didn’t like seeing one of my favorite locations practically “stealing” from their customers! I’d advise them pay close attention to this issue or else the customers are gonna respond by not going back, and I’m one of them.

+: struttura molto comoda e staff estremamente disponibile, le camere pulite. Basta attraversare la strada per essere sulla spiaggia

+: Emplacement agréable car retiré du centre ville, entre mer et montagnes. La chambre était très jolie, le balcon donnait sur la mer. Grande piscine et plage privée.

-: Nous avons été très mal accueillies. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais, sauf une réceptionniste. Difficile d'avoir des informations pour les transports, navettes etc, on avait l'impression qu'ils ne voulaient pas nous aider. Si vous êtes sensibles à l'accueil et au service, je vous déconseille cet hôtel. Manque de choix au petit déjeuner, qualité ok mais sans plus.

+: The hotel and rooms were really nice.

-: I was really disappointed about the service given by the staff of the hotel. Our room was only cleaned 1 time while my parents room was cleaned every day. The person working at the reception when we went to complain, did not even apologize one time and did not even fix the problem. We had problem at the restaurants as well when we got food we didn’t order and instead of just taking it away the waiter just started arguing with us that we did order them. We just wanted to enjoy the meal with family and he really ruined the mood. The private beach was disappointed as well as most of the beds were older than 10 years. They should really replace them. It was not worth the money we paid for.

-: Abendessen sehr einfallslos es gibt einen Zettel mit 5gerichten die ganze Woche und sehr wenig für einen Erwachsenen Frühstück ist akzeptabel
