+: Fijne, schone, rustige kamer met zon op balkon zoals gevraagd. Spawelness is fantastisch. Allemaal erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een top hotel.

-: Ik kan niet iets noemen wat tegen valt.

+: Besonderes Highlight die wunderschöne Wellnessoase mit Kneippteich indoor, vier verschiedenen Saunen und sehr ruhigen und bequemen Ruhe-Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Der Skypool ist ebenfalls einmalig.

-: Frühstücksbüffet (trockene Brötchen, Automatenkaffee, täglich das selbe Angebot am Buffet) entspricht keinen 4* plus. Schade wirkte das Personal sehr müde und gehetzt. Fachkräftemangel?

+: This week we really learned to appreciate the presence of swimming pools, sauna and (best of all) the steambath, trying to master Austrian sauna-etiquette. ;-) We occupied the fine room #107 that left nothing to desire. Big, complete and comfortable. Personell was helpfull and friendly.Breakfast was well organised, choices were great and so was the quality. The restaurant and bar-area had a very welcoming feel to it.

-: There were some things. You park somewhere around the hotel in the semi-public space. You are asked to leave your car key with the reception (in case they need to be moved(?). Could have been an issue, but ever-present and friendly reception staff made it work.Wellness was supposed to be open till 20:00 hrs, but sauna went cold on us half an hour early. One day the door to the balcony was left open by the personell, leaving the room very cold and our posessions unguarded and unlocked.The format of the evening-menu was puzzling in my eyes. Didn’t get it cleared up during our stay and wasn’t completely blown away by the food. So, last two evenings we ate at italian restaurant “Da Francesco” and they showed again what can be done with simple ingredients and true magic.

+: Die Lage war sehr sehr schön. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert.

-: Leider war Wassertemperatur Für mein Empfinden zu kalt.

+: Zimmer, Spa, Speisesaal
