+: Great location with sea view

-: The villa is not fully air conditioned. The AC is set on a two hour timer in the living room (no AC in the kitchen) and a 6hr timer in the bedrooms. Given the temperatures in Cyprus that means that if you want to sleep for more than 6hrs that is impossible and you will wake up in sweat after 6hrs and need to press the timer again (no remote control for that either it’s a wall unit). This is gross misrepresentation of the property and made our vacation horrible

+: The check-in process was quite smooth. Checking-in Instructions (as well as sights and things to do) had been sent ahead of time so we didn't need to search look around for anything. The location was perfect with quite a lot to see do.

-: This is not a thing we didn't like but more for anyone wanting to stay around this area, if you want to explore, you will need a vehicle rental. Other than this, no complaints at all.

+: Lovely villa, amazing views. Extremely clean and Fanoulla the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Villa was spotless and also serviced once to a high standard during our day. Provided dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and also a welcome pack which was very useful as arrived late at night.

-: Could be more glasses as mentioned in other reviews. There was only 3 of us so it was fine but I can imagine if there were more you would not have enough. Pool was cleaned once a week not twice as stated. Netflix was available a d then became unavailable for the last few days of our stay.

+: Beautiful view, spacious, quiet. Clear instructions on how to use the facilities were provided and our requests for extra items was met. Would definitely stay again.

-: A small thing but the TV remote didn't work

+: The view

-: The settee, it was very uncomfortable
