+: I stayed 4nights and it was a very comfortable stay. When I arrived I lernt they upgraded my room and I stayed in the main building. Room was big, comfy and clean.The garden, live music at night, restaurants were pros. Also staff were kind and feiendly, I lost my passport and when I messaged them they were very quick at checking my room and informing me back.

-: It is a bit far away from city center but close to Pyramids and GEM.

+: I had a fantastic stay at your hotel!The changes in the hotel are incredibly remarkable. Rooms got renovated, the staff became very friendly and welcoming.( It seems that there are big changes happened in the management methodology)A special thanks to Bassant & Sara from the PR team.

-: I suggest that the pool time extends after sunset

+: Everything is great food and accommodation

-: They need more lifeguards and the pool need to be cleaned and the floor around the pool too

-: The service was not good and the treatment was so bad specially if you are Egyptian, I guess they do good treatment with the foreigners better than us Egyptians 😢, the restaurant policy said if you want to have your dinner you have to buy the water ,even in the room you have to buy the water and the drinks. total all I'm not recommend the hotel to the Egyptians, oooh last add they was not polite they annoyed me too much and they keep calling you in phone if yo have a visitor as they said asecurrity matter.
