Sheraton Miramar El Gouna

+: The Miramar restaurant was incredible quality, selection and service. We just couldn’t go anywhere else. Staff made the experience what it was. So friendly, attentive and kind. It’s so wonderful when people care about what they do in the service industry. Thanks to Maria at reception, Dalia and Nourhan in the restaurant and Adel by the pool, everyone else as well, as there are too many to name. Comfort, style and service! What else could one need from a 5 star hotel! We literally felt no need to leave this hotel and go anywhere else.

-: I think the hotel is ideally located near the Marina but it’s further away from the beautiful beaches. I didn’t have beach shoes and so the stoney shores made it challenging to enjoy the sea. I think the hotel needs more oriental shows, and a tighter MC of the entertainment program- it would elevate the whole experience. Probably the only area that seemed a bit careless.

+: The beach and beach front was really nice. The staff was very friendly. The buffet included a good variety of food.

-: For a 5 star hotel, one would expect certain amenities to be included in the room such as mini bar and toiletry kits, which weren’t until we asked for it specifically.Also, though the staff is very friendly, they lack a certain level of professionalism and experience to handle certain situations.Additionally, cleaning team seems to be understaffed.

-: jiná cena naž je bookingu a jiná cena při zaplacení cca 30%,a že všude vyžadují dížka i když máte plnou penzi a hlavně u pokoje teda hlavně u pokoje .
