+: Room is fairly modern. Reception agent was trying to be kind and helpful.

-: Booking.com shows hotel as pet friendly with no extra charge. Upon arrival with our small dog, Avtandil Markoidze, security guy, very rudely talked how the hotel doesn’t accommodate animals. Having arrived at 10pm, you can imagine the stress. The security guy was extremely unfriendly and completely ruined our stay. If we had anywhere else to go at that time of night, we would have gone. Finally the reception agent checked us in, and we went up to the room.Bed was quite firm and pillows very thin. The air conditioning is pointed directly at the bed, which makes sleeping with ac impossible. Leaving windows open, on the other hand, is also not an option, as the hotel is located on the main road heading to Turkey, so it gets very busy and noisy at any time of day or night.

-: Giriş yaptığım gün 908 numaralı odayı verdiler. Odanın banyosu leş gibi sidik kokuyordu, tv ve klima da çalışmıyordu. Arayıp odayı değiştirmelerini istedim yarım saat kimse gelmeyince aşağı inip ancak getirebildim. Yeni verdikleri odanın da klima kumandası yoktu, havlu yoktu. Ayrıca odanın kapı pervazı kırıktı ve kafama düştü. 2. Gün odada yine havlu yoktu ve resepsiyonu 5 kere aramama rağmen kimse açmadı ve inip havluyu kendim aldım. Klima kumandası ise hiç gelmedi, sigorta kuyusundan açıp kapattım. Kahvaltı da çok kötüydü. Uzun lafın kısası kesinlikle önermiyorum burayı.
