+: Spędziłam w hotelu GARDELLI RESORT 4 dni (szkoda, że tak krótko) i mogę polecić ten hotel, położony w idealnym miejscu, przy plaży i blisko centrum, dobre jedzenie. Barman Antonis robi najlepsze koktajle, zawsze miły i uśmiechnięty. Andreas w recepcji sympatyczny, pomocny, zawsze można na niego liczyć. Bardzo chętnie wrócę jeszcze do tego hotelu.

+: Posizione ottimale, zone piscine molto ben attrezzate e accoglienti.Arredo interno curato.Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

-: Nulla in particolare.Comprensibilmente con la forma all inclusive, la qualità dei drinks al bar non può essere eccelsa, ma si tratta di un dettaglio trascurabile.

-: To nie jest **** resort!!! Obiekt jest po prostu okropny. Brudny, hałaśliwy, podzielony na 2 części zaśmieconą, ruchliwą ulicą. W opcji all inclusive trzeba płacić za wodę butelkowaną, kawa, herbata i soki z użyciem solonej wody (niezgodne z przepisami greckimi w tym zakresie). Za napoje ze słodką wodą trzeba zapłacić ekstra. Cały wieczór ordynarną muzyka na full i strzelanie ze sztucznych ogni. Całą noc na korytarzu bardzo głośno pracują instalacje podsufitowe. W malutkim tzw. pokoju rodzinnym nie ma nawet szafy, o stoliku dla rodziny nie ma co marzyć. Łazienka bez okna, wanny, nowoczesnej baterii (jak na zdjęciach w booking.com).Widok na morze przez drzwi balkonowe brudne i niemożliwe do umycia. Byłem z 6-miesięczny dzieckiem skuszony reklamą na Booking.com prezentującą obiekt jak „idealny do odpoczynku dla rodzin z dziećmi. Nie ma skrawka terenu do odpoczynku, brudne leżaki na zaśmieconym tarasie ze starym piachem, zamiast (jak pokazują zdjęcia) trawy.Plaża brudna, publiczna, zaniedbana. Booking zwrócił za 1 dobę, hotel odmówił uznania reklamacji (wstyd!). w 2 dobie uciekliśmy do innego hotelu, gdzie wreszcie odpoczęliśmy. Gardelli to jedno wielkie oszustwo!

Three individuals, in particular, made my stay an unforgettable experience: Ms. Zanet, Mr. Stelios, and Mr. Konstantinos.Ms. Zanet is the heart of the resort. With her professionalism and warm demeanor, she ensures that you feel comfortable and respected from the moment you arrive. She cares for guests with the attentiveness of a loving mother and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible stay.Mr. Stelios is a master at making the impossible possible. Whether it’s a restaurant reservation or organizing a trip, Stelios always finds a way. He is available around the clock for guests, never takes no for an answer, and always gives his best to fulfill every request. His commitment and dedication are remarkable and play a significant role in making you feel at home at the GARDELLI Resort.Another highlight of my stay was Mr. Konstantinos and his exceptional drinks. His passion for mixing beverages is evident in every cocktail he prepares. The quality of his creations surpasses that of upscale bars, and it’s easy to understand why these drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package. They are worth every cent, and Konstantinos’ cheerful nature makes enjoying his cocktails a special experience.Thanks to these three wonderful people, my stay at the GARDELLI Resort was more than just a holiday. They made me feel not just like a guest but like part of a big family. I am deeply grateful to them and hope their exceptional efforts are duly recognized.

-: Unfortunately, there were some aspects that made my stay less enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, and the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room adequately on hot days.Despite the fact that the beach belongs to the hotel, there was a charge for its use, which was disappointing. Additionally, fresh juices had to be paid for separately, and water was only available from the tap.

-: Dat er niet gecontroleerd werd op mensen die hun handdoek gingen leggen en de rest van de dag niet te zien waren

-: Absolut katastrophal! Dieses Hotel ist eine Schande und ich rate jedem DRINGEND davon ab, hier auch nur eine Nacht zu verbringen! Die Managerin ist unfassbar unfreundlich und respektlos – als ich mein Geld zurückforderte, wurde mir frech ins Gesicht gesagt, es sei ihr egal und ich könne gehen. Andere Gäste wurden angeschrien und aggressiv behandelt!Das gesamte Hotel ist DRECKIG! Schmutzige Betten, schmutziges Besteck, milchige Gläser – ekelhaft! Das Badezimmer ist winzig, verrostet und voller Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Die Fenster sind so verschmiert, dass man kaum durchsehen kann. Der angebliche „Strandbereich“ ist ein Witz – null Privatsphäre, weil die untere Hälfte für jeden zugänglich ist.Unser „Doppelbettzimmer“? Zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten! Das Essen? Unfassbar schlecht, jeden Tag der gleiche ungenießbare Fraß, und der Alkohol wird mit Wasser verdünnt! Das sogenannte „All-Inclusive“ ist ein Betrug – für fast alles muss man extra zahlen! Wasser aus der Leitung, keine Markengetränke, und selbst für Handtücher am Strand verlangt man Geld.Und zur Krönung: KEINERLEI Tipps oder Infos, was man auf der Insel unternehmen kann, und die Lage in Laganas ist nachts so laut, dass man kaum schlafen kann.Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Zumutung – nie wieder!

+: Die Poolanlage ist toll. Die Lage top. Ganz besonders möchte ich Sula die Dame die für das Bufett zuständig hervorheben. Ich habe selten einen so aufmerksamen, freundlichen, herzlichen und liebevollen Menschen kennengelernt. Ein Engel wirklich. Prinzipiell sind die Angestellten sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Obwohl sie unter sehr schlechten Bedingungen arbeiten müssen. Die Klimaanlage im Essbereich war ausgefallen und es war extrem heiß trotzdem hatten alle immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Essen war sehr gut obwohl die Auswahl nicht riesig war, war das Essen immer abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Kompliment an die Köche.Der Barkeeper Adonis war sehr freundlich und hat sich sogar bemüht etwas deutsch zu sprechen. Auch Leonardo im Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich kann nur sagen insgesamt ein tolles Team und ich hoffe sehr das das Hotel auch entsprechend honoriert.

-: Der öffentliche Strand direkt vor dem Hotel war leider sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Überall liegt Müll rum. Das Allinklusiv Paket ist nicht wirklich allinklusiv. Es ist ausreichend aber wenn man z.b. ein original Coca Cola möchte muss dafür bezahlen. Die Getränke an der Pollbar sind nicht im Preis enthalten. Dort kostet ein Bier 6,- Euro. Absolut überteuert. Die Klimaanlage in Speisesaal ging nicht. Man hätte sich bei der Hitze gerne mal abgekühlt und für das Personal eine absolute Zumutung. Tagelang war das Wasser salzig. Man konnte nicht mal die Zähne damit putzen. Auch der Kaffe war damit eine Katastrophe. Das wurde aber dann einigermaßen behoben. Die Zimmer sehr sehr klein und beengt. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Für 4 Personen eine Stange über dem Kühlschrank.Die Betten mit 140cm viel zu klein.
