+: A great apartment with a amazing view of the Caldera. The apartment was large and a lovely breakfast was delivered to your balcony each morning. The staff were all so friendly and helped with bags up and down the steps during check in and check out. The staff and the views were the highlight of our stay here.

-: There was no air con in the main living area only the bedroom but we managed and the steps would be a challenge if you had any mobility issues but if you want the amazing views from an apartment in a cliff you’d expect to have to climb some stairs to get there

+: O hotel é muito bom, eu fiquei em um quarto com vista para a caldeira. O café da manhã era servido na varanda do quarto e todos os dias se pode escolher o cardápio em um menu. Pertinho a pé de fira e do ponto de ônibus pra oia.
