+: The manager at reception named Medea was excellent! She was wonderfully helpful and did everything to secure us a reservation at the Moonlight a La carte restaurant when they were full. The entertainment staff were amazing and the evening shows they performed were above and beyond in terms of talent, humour, choreography, variety and quality. Truly impressive to say the least! And they each made such an effort to welcome guests by the pool and invite us to the various fun activities. The facilities of the hotel were very good and the grounds were beautiful. Variety of fresh quality food was also very good!
-: It was a little frustrating that the depth of the main pool was 1.5m throughout. Although our kids are good swimmers, they got tired and so it’s not an ideal depth to play pool games easily or simply chill in the pool comfortably. The umbrellas were a safety hazard as often the wind would blow one or two completely over. The buffet restaurant was good but I would recommend sitting outside as the inside had a busy canteen feeling. It’s a shame that the gym only opens at 8am. I would have liked to have the option to workout earlier while hubby and kids were still sleeping. Surely the hotel could easily offer this by accessing the gym with the hotel room key?
