+: Staff was amazing, food was great! I was so impressed with the restaurant staff keeping an eye on the buffet. It can be so upsetting when some parents allow their kids up at the buffet and they have no idea the meaning behind sanitary, hygiene, and buffet etiquette. I have been to other resorts and it makes your stomach turn when you see a child use the ice cream scoop with there surely dirty hands lick their fingers grab the ice cream scoop and dig in for seconds. It is good to know they have people watching at least... gloves would be ideal or a staff member serving it but at least they watch.
-: There should be a no diving sign in the infinity pool my son went of the edge head first... but, was so impressed with the gardener who quickly jumped into action and we were so impressed the nurse on property quickly attended to him with the most kind and empathetic care. They have a clinic he was transported to later transported to the Greek Hospital and received just three stitches. God was certainly watching over him, it could have been so much worse. There should have been a follow up from management but there was not. Also, There are numerous signs around the property about not reserving sunbeds... yet it happened consistently. I think there should be a better more efficient system for the towel service it was quite stressful having to wait for spa to open, stand in line get the towels and bring your pool towels back for clean ones. A unnecessary hassle when trying to relax and paying a lot of money to relax not to mention a waste of time. It would be better if they had a few towel cabanas where you could return 1:1 policy.
