+: Bad location

-: This was badly mis-sold -I had booked their sister place in the town which had a sunset view over the sea but it was closed so they moved us to their other premises which they said was an upgrade. It was not an upgrade it was 15 mins out of town on a very noisy busy road with a view of scrub land and a dusty car park - too dangerous to walk the road particularly at night. We had booked 2 nights but left after the first night - I complained and asked for the night we didn’t stay to be refunded but it was refused. Staff very good but experience more like 3 star definitely not 5 star- very disappointing

+: We didn't actually get to stay at Tramonto Secret Villas. It was closed for the season and we were moved to Secret View Hotel. The hotel and the staff were amazing. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

-: The location wasn't as convenient as we would have liked, but it made for a secluded vibe and the staff was very helpful in booking transportation for us.

+: O quarto era maravilhoso, cheiroso, padrão 5 estrelas, roupa de cama e travesseiros perfeitos, quarto com tamanho bom, café da manhã maravilhoso (na noite anterior o hóspede escolhe as opções, mas tudo era muito saboroso). O serviço é maravilhoso, um funcionário do hotel busca e leva todas as suas malas no carro. Todos os funcionários muito sorridentes e dispostos. Serviço no padrão de hotel 5 estrelas. O terraço com a hidro bem aquecida era muito especial também.

-: É importante compreender (e eu não havia compreendido) que o serviço oferecido é a locação de apenas um quarto sem janelas e sem qualquer área comum e de um terraço privado cujo acesso é feito por outra porta fora do prédio. Não há um local para tomar café da manhã (o café é ofertado em bandeja para tomar dentro do quarto, mas foi possível em um dos dálias sem vento tomar no nosso terraço a pedido). Então, me senti um pouco sufocada, mas ainda assim acho que vale a pena estar em um quarto padrão 5 estrelas no coração de Oia. Fiquei em dúvida se não valia a pena ficar no Secret View, outro hotel da mesma rede que não fica a uma distância a pé de Oia mas que tem estrutura de hotel. Com carro alugado e fora da alta temporada, eu faria essa opção. Mas isso é muito pessoal. É importante pontuar também que a vista do terraço não é a da Caldeira (vista mais especial de Santorini), mas é possível ver o por do sol.

+: The staff were super nice and helpful, and always available via WhatsApp for questions. The room was large compared to others we stayed in during this trip, and it was kept very clean. The rooftop & hot tub had perfect views of the sunset, breakfast was excellent and always right on time (and had lots of options), and the location was just a couple minutes walk from anything you could need. We really appreciated being slightly away from the main touristy road, as it seemed more quiet and private at night.

-: Direct access from the room to the rooftop would have been nice, but it really wasn't that big of a deal!

+: l’emplacement, le jacuzzi chauffé à très bonne température pour admirer le coucher du soleil de Santorin literie très confortable, articles de toilettes bien fournis petit déjeuner avec bcp de choix servi en chambre ou en terrasse le personnel très réactif et disponible il faut savoir que la terrasse n’est pas accolée à la chambre on y accède par une porte et des escaliers à quelques pas de la chambre on a pu également profiter des infrastructures des autres établissements de Santorini secret.

+: La localización perfecta , habitación grande y muy comida , delicioso desayuno y el personal muy atento y servicial en todo momento . La vista desde el jacuzzi es excepcional
