+: the staffs are very friendly and helpful. they attained all my inquiries (making twin bed into double bed, hairdryer, even looking up the cctv since i lost my phone -- turned out i lost it in the grab). all accommodative, packing up my breakfast since i have to catch early morning flight.
-: The room could have been cleaner, in the AC status, it said the filter need to be changed. However, it is not to the extent that I sneeze or cough, all bearable.

+: Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und eher asiatisch ausgerichtet. Das hoteleigene Restaurant Kaimana ist sehr gut und ungewöhnlich günstig.
-: Der Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb und der zuständige Mitarbeiter wusste leider nicht, wie er angestellt wird.

+: Het personeel, vriendelijk, behulpzaam, professioneel, Altijd bereid te helpen en objectieve advies. Zowel de staf Ala alle overige medewerkers. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Veel te kiezen divers uitgebreid van warm tot koud. Zowel westers alsook Indonesisch en inlands papua gerechten. Aanbod intern activiteiten te doen. Prima zwembad, fitness apparatuurruimte, massage ruimteop de kamer en een groot sauna ruimte.
-: De vloer van het zwembad is glad wanneer je uit zwembad stap. Is gevaarlijk, ben uit gegleden. Heb dit ook aan het zwembad personeel aangegeven. De sauna is niet warm genoeg, temperatuur niet goed te regen, apparatuur verouderd en niet voldoende capaciteit. De kleedkamer ruimte en toiletten zijn er voldoende echter de douches werken niet optimaal. douche koppen en kranen is niet goed onderhouden. Onderhoud is noodzakelijk. Ook de mooie grote. Bubbelbad werkt niet optimaal.
