-: I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case, it's completely justified. Initially, I booked accommodation with Tropica Gili Total Body Fit, but upon arrival, the room had a strong, musty odour of mould. The ceiling showed signs of water damage, hinting at potential mould issues hidden beneath. A staff member offered alternative accommodation but requested additional payment for it. Unfortunately, this option wasn't much better, but due to limited availability in the area, I had no choice but to accept it. Shockingly, I discovered that the cost of this alternative accommodation was nearly half of what I had paid initially, yet they attempted to charge me more to recoup their losses from my original booking (quite unethical). Despite promises, I haven't received the refund owed to me, and their lack of communication with the booking.com agents is infuriating. My advice: DO NOT STAY HERE!
