-: Rooms are falling appart

+: When we came, the staff greet us friendly and was very helpful, although he is alone. He took our baggage and do the check-in administration alone. The room is comfortable except the darkness. Our room view is jungle, and it's so amazing. The hot water is the best. Overall it's a nice place.

-: The room is so dark, especially at night. We eat breakfast around 9.30, but the buffet already empty. For such a great hotel, the breakfast is far from my expectation. And there's 3 pool there, but pool for children is not clean.

-: There is no amenity kit for brushing teeth
