+: The pool seemed nice but I didn't go in this visit. The bar looked fun as well. I only had one meal at the restaurant. The proximity to Playa Chahue was great.

-: Being charged to fill up my ice. It would have been nice to know there was only one free fill up. My trusting of the clay filtered water -- pretty sure it got to my stomach but who knows. The people working outside my room made it feel like I couldn't have my window open while working. Breakfast wasn't included. It would have been nice if they had fresh butter and syrup instead of individually packaged ones.

+: Hola que tal lo que más me agrado en cuanto llegamos que nos acogieron como familia y lo más padre es que nos brindaron en menos de 10 minutos la habitación para poder descansar me gustó mucho las instalaciones lo limpio y hamable de todo el personal , execelente ubicación cerca del Chedraui tiendas.comerciales , todo estuvo de maravilla, agradezco. Ala señorita Judith Contreras por el apoyo de mi equipaje que se me olvidó de verdad recomiendo mucho el lugar así como el restaurante precios justo y la variedad de comida es excelente

-: En realidad no huvo algo. Ya que mi estancia en el hotel me encantó todo.

+: La habitación es espaciosa, la cama cómoda, estaba muy limpia, tenía AC... Estuvimos muy a gusto. Además la zona de la piscina es fantástica. Y tiene parking gratis!

-: La calidad de imagen de la televisión no era buena, y un poco caro. Cerca del puerto y a 20 min andando de Crucecita (centro donde hay restaurantes, tiendas) aunque por avenida poco amable para caminar de noche.
