The Hacienda features 3 restaurants serving Mexican cuisine. There is also a free shuttle service to the beach, a 2-minute drive away. The hotel is less than 4 km from the centre of Puerto Vallarta. The city’s airport is a 10-minute drive away. The beach area is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, however we have a transportation service for our guests, please request it at the entrance gate of the parking lot. There is a public access corridor to the beach area with staff that will be ready to guide and assist you.

-: Hard pillows, not comfortable bedding. As soon as you walk in they are forcing you into a time share, they were upset when we said no, they were being very persistent about signing a membership with them.
