-: Tardaron en entregarnos la habitación y cuando la entregaron aún no estaba lista. Tuve que personalmente buscar a las personas de servicio para que nos pusieran fundas en las almohadas y nos dieran toallas. Al día siguiente, nos tocaron temprano preguntando si todo estaba bien en la habitación, sin razón aparente.

-: On check the female receptionist was extremely mal tempered. They had little jars with papers in them, when our daughter took one of them, the lady demanded on her returning it. I asked if she could not print a new one, she said no and proceeded on taking it.
