+: The apartment had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Wished we booked more than 2 nights!!Staff very friendly and made sure we were happy.Most comfortable beds we ever slept in !!!!!!Definitely comin back to stay here.

-: الاثاث قديم جدا .. وغير نظيف وفيه رائحة كريهة . جميع مواد المطبخ لا انصح باستخدامها .. خروج حشرات في الغرفة الرئيسية .. لايوجد مواد نظافة .. تعامل الملاك لبعض الفلل معاملة سيئة مع بعض المؤجرين .. مبلغ التأمين عالي جدا يصل لغاية 20000 بات ( ما يعادل الفين ريال) الكهرباء تدفع عن طريق المستأجر .

+: Beach was a drive away, but lovely quiet area. Shops and restaurants 20min walk away. We hired a scooter in the end. The property facilities were good, shared areas kept very clean with security going round and checking. The apartment was just beside the pool which was convenient with the kids. We didn't go over the 70kwh daily electricity allowance which was great. Nardz who handled the electricity and checking in was lovely, we even got his lovely wife to baby sit our 2yo so we could go to markets

-: They went prepared for our party's arrival so cleaner's had to be called last minute and security let us in not the property manager. This meant we were left without teatowels. Unfortunately we didn't have a dishwasher and the kettle we had didn't work, though one was brought to us the next day or so. Towards the end of the stay one of the neighbours complained a couple of times to management about my 2 yo shooting when in the pool. Considering we weren't breaking rules and he's 2 and very excited we felt that was a bit much. Especially since no one else seemed to use the pool facilities and the kids weren't in the pool everyday all day.
