+: Nice spacious rooms with all you need (fridge, safe for valuables etc) and comfortable bed

-: The street outside is quite noisy so not ideal for sitting on the balcony but with the door closed it did not bother me

+: Everything was amazing - cleanliness, location. I enjoyed my stay very much. Great value for its price

+: Excellent location with lots of shops, markets, massage shops, bars and restaurants down the street. 10 minutes walk from the beaches. The room was really big and clean enough. Having a balcony was a nice extra for the price. I enjoyed having tea there. The owners were friendly and helpful.

-: No elevator, but they helped me to carry my suitcase to my room. Can be noisy, but I slept well.

+: Good location, 10 minutes from beach, next to the night market.

-: We didnt get beach towels from the hotel, property didnt have elevator,there was construction works on the building next to ours so it was noisy, and in the shower was clogged pipes so the water was all over the bathroom after the showering.

+: the apartment was very clean, the service was very nice. The best value for money we have found in Phuket
