Przytulny hotel przy plaży

-: I'm checked-in 5pm but it turned out the water is not working properly, the staff was rude when I'm trying to follow up on warm water system. Until 3 am the water still have problem and the staff at night cloudn't handle thr situation but lauging.This team is under Nat, manager. I am asking for refund because this is wasted of money. They refused to pay back 2500 THB. I'm Thai and the owner is Thai, the team is Thai, very shameful! I do not reccomended. There's another hotel that located in nice area and good hospitality.

-: 93。5人入住第一間房間冷氣不冷，服務人員很快就幫我換房間，這個給好評換完第二間之後熱水打開是泥土的顏色，這次服務人員來了之後先開水讓他流一陣子就正常了，但我已經不放心就打開讓他一直留，果然服務人員走了之後不到3分鐘馬上又變成泥土色，就這樣一直持續這個循環大概5次他才終於讓我換房間換了第三間之後水龍頭打開直接沒有熱水，這次不管我怎麼打電話或是下樓跟櫃台講就是沒有人要來處理，最後只有讓我延後退房不給我任何其他有用的補償，這間旅館價錢也不算低5個人住一晚也要5000多塊，強烈不建議入住

+: Good swimmimg pool, everything looks decent

+: Hotel très propre. Personnel très agréable. Une balance dans le hall d'entrée pour vérifier le poids de ses bagages, très apréciable. Des restaurants, 7-Eleven, tout ce qu'il faut à côté. Une très belle plage à 2 pas

-: Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais aucun taxi ou baht bus ne passe près de l'hôtel (ou très peu) Nous avons utilisé l'application Bolt pour nous déplacer, on peut payer le chauffeur en espèce
