+: The front desk staff was great !Nice,simple, clean roomQuite ACIt was a few restaurants and fruit stands close by

-: The bed was hard From the hotel to the beach you need to walk about 20 min and cross a very busy street

+: The beautiful Kamala beach is 10 minutes away, AC was clean, bed was comfy, the daytime staff was friendly and helpful. The place is quiet around.

-: We arrived pretty late, around 1:30AM, and we found noone at the place, and since we got no instructions where to get the keys, and after tring to call them, and texting them on Whatsapp and trying to open every door downstairs, we were a bit desperate. At the end, I saw that the hotel next door is dark, and there is a couch in the hall, so I tought we might survive the night there, and when I entered, the receptionist jumped up from his bed behind the desk, if I want to check in. He only knew a few English words, it took a bit of time, until I realized, that I get the keys from him for the apartment next door. But it wouldn't be a problem, if someone would write it down in Booking, or on the wall of the aparment next door, or make it clear in any way, where should I get the keys. The bathroom had so many issues: if the people above us flushed the toilet, we smelled it, the water in the sink was ages until it could disappear (however it was an ongoing plumbing problem, which was solved on the last of our 6 days stay), the shower sprinkled water in every directions. Walls are like papers, you might need earplugs if the other inhabitants are not so quiet above you, or next door.
