+: Old hotel but still nice and clean. Wonderful water pressure in the shower and comfy beds. I also liked the balcony and that it is so close to the beach.
-: Check-in took like 1 hour... why? The beach area could be cleaner, but then again it was still off-season and this was probably the reason

+: Everything was great except the receptionist at check-in.
-: We didn't like the attitudebehavior of the receptionist at the check-in. We had a reservation but he didn't accept it and it felt like he was upset because we got the deal for a cheap price. He insisted we make another reservation and put it for 4 adults even though the booking accepted that we were a family: 2 adults and 2 kids. We agreed to do what he asked because the hour of coming was so late and we were so tired. Luckily we got the same deal (price for a room per night) even with 4 adults. But this obviously made him furious, He accepted our booking hesitantly and prepared our room with too much delay... I almost fell asleep right there on the couch while my husband was waiting for him at the desk. Finally, he gave us the key of the room and even gave us the wrong instructions on how to get to the room. After some time we needed to return to the desk to ask for assistance in getting to the room. Terrible receptionist!

+: The staff are really friendly. The food buffet is great concerning the main courses and desserts. But it is poor regarding the salads and soups. The animation staff are doing a great efforts.
-: The beds are not really comfortable. The towels in the pools are provided against a caution. No coffeees or tea are provided in the rooms.
