+: Nothing.

-: Room not clean, bad smell, Room not ready, no towels, no toilet paper, i requested for those three times to get dirty towels!!! Breakfast not good. Noise and music till 6 AM!! Very Bad experience.

+: Le personnel est très agréable et très réactif. Ils savent gerer les problèmes et trouve des solutions pour satisfaire au mieux ses clients. (Heureusement qu ils sont là)Les bungalow vu mer sont incroyables

-: L hotel est situe au milieu de 3 restaurants accueillants des events. Du coup c est extrêmement bruyant. Musique à find jusqu a plus de 4h.L établissement se doit de prevenir ses clients et ils ne le font pas.

+: Le personnel à Anis et Mounir, qui sécurise la plage de l’hôtel toujour le sourire d une gentilles incroyable ainsi que l équipe de restauration du bar de l hotel, concernant la réception ça reste à désirer

-: La musique, très forte jusqu’à 4h 2 nuit sur 5 travaux au niveau de la douche. À revoir, petit déjeuner à améliorer. Pas du tout varié. et pas d’accès handicapé pour se déplacer dans l’hôtel. (Ayant un problème ma jambe devant porter une poussette)

-: The service you need to remind them many times for a request, no coffee or Tea or enough cups with the water boiler, they give me another room different from the one I requested, no lift & many stairs to go to the room, careless reception not professional, we changed the room because of the AC wasn't working properly

+: Nothing as it was not as described on Booking.com

-: The junior suite was not as advertised on Booking.com. there was no seperate bedroom and a tiny balcony. After complaining at reception having already paid the hotel in full no refund was offered and a voucher for a free stay in Winter was given.They do not care at all about the guest and only in this for the money The pool was totally indoor and sid not look clean
