+: Un sans faute du début à la fin:Accueil chaleureux et professionnel d’Azmi (la nuit) et Wiem (la journée) à la réception, service de chambre au top par Jannet, petit déjeuner traditionnel (lablabi & ojja 😍) préparé minute avec amour par les chefs.Cerise sur le gâteau : l’hôtel est idéalement situé. On peut se rendre à La Marsa les pieds dans l’eau en passant par la plage.Bref, un Excellent séjour. Je reviendrai en famille

+: I liked how nice the staff are treating the customers and the feeling of the comfort with all the services.

-: On 18th of July morning around 9 or 10 o’clock, a lady has randomly entered our room with her access card without asking the permission and without even knocking the door. Then she awkwardly left saying “I was checking something”, I followed the lady across the hall and she kept saying “I wanted to check something I wanted to check something”.FYI: she was a hijabi lady wearing all white.Please take the necessary action regarding this case because that was very improper.

-: Hotel à fuir horrible !!!A éviter à tout prix !!!C de la catastrophe totale il mérite pas les 5 étoile!!!Si vous êtes habitué à un haut standing Hotel , cet hotel n'est pas pour vous.On a réservé une chambre éxcutive , j'ai jamais vu une chambre éxcécutive assez petite , lit non confortable elle n'est pas propre le linge est très usés et ancien.Le coffre de la chambre ne marche pas quand j'ai appelllé la réception ils ont envoyé le téchnicien après 40mint , le climatiseur dans la chambre est catastrophique un bruit compresseur.Il ont qu'un seul réstaurant ouvert pour le déjeuner et il y a que du poisson.La plage n'est pas propre et elle est pas privé tout le monde peut passer , pas assez de place Il mérite pas les 5 Etoiles

+: Le cadre, le calme, la discrétion du personnel, et la petite attention avec le panier de fruits frais et les petits gâteaux à notre arrivée.

-: Si je n’avais qu’une seule chose à dire, ce serait concernant le restaurant The Breeze où nous avons dîné le soir et où j’ai senti un peu de cafouillage du côté du service.

+: Good and very helpful Staff. Khadeeja was the most amazing helpful. But not all as some were extremely unhelpful .

-: The beach area dedicated for the hotel was not secured properly and the public beach is mixed with the hotel. There was no security or strict rules to keep other visitors that are not from the hotel. There was no “private beach”. Some staff were very not helpful they made us walk 20 steps and we are over 60 years old!! She was like we are still young when she was in her 30s ! I forgot her name but she made our experience awful ! Even the bag boys were tired ! There are no easy access in this hotel please be careful. There are over 30 steps that you have to go through.

Camerieri svogliati e poco disponibili In piscina erano tutti distratti , mi dispiace avete questo giudizio , ma nonostante sia la seconda volta che ritorniamo ,avevamo un’alta aspettativa Ho preso una suite ma non ho trovato un servizio da suite..
