+: Only the view of Galata tower.

-: Room is tiny. Not cleaned every day, only bed is made, floors not even swept. Shower gel not replenished. One cannot drink tap water but they only give 1 small bottle a day. Walls are thin, noise from next rooms just filters through. Midnight gentleman whistling and singing every night, that sound into room too. Parties until early hours and they don't tell guests to stop. Showertoilet cramped into one with sharing door where you are unable to turn around. Water tepid if you shower too late, after 8am. Not great location if you want to see all the sights. No food places close by. Front desk was not helpful with info when asking about trains, public transport etc. Just says there's a T1, as if a new visitor to the city is supposed to know what and where this is.

-: Room was very small and not clean enough. The bed was also not comfortable.

+: Excelente relación calidadprecio. Ubicación inmejorable (equidistante de los centros de interés). Habitación cómoda y limpia. Edificio muy bonito. Pequeña nevera y hervidor. Agua cada día y útiles de aseo y otros. La persona que atiende en recepción por las noches es un encanto. Llegamos de madrugada y la amabilidad con la que nos recibió este trabajador fue de agradecer. Las trabajadoras que se ocupan del mantenimiento también muy amables. Estuvimos cinco noches. Personal en recepción 24h. Desayuno correcto.

-: La famosa puerta del baño que es también puerta de la ducha y no cierra por arriba del todo no fue inconveniente para nosotros, ya que viajamos en familia. Es posible que en invierno no se logre confort en la temperatura del baño por no cerrar completamente.
