-: A fair happened in the hotel we stayed in The street with our child and our infant till 2:30 morning in the street During the fire There was no fire alarm No one asked us to leave even ,Just we smell too much smoke so we have to go to each other room to tell each other that there is a fairTher was no light at all even an emergency light it was too dark It was really terrifying And no one of the hotel employees was there they all run away I fall in the stairs and all my body ach today because of the darkness After we went to our room there was no electricity the room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep at all For 3 days no electricity No hot water 2 days no internet and they don’t want to do any thing other than apologize till we complained to booking all what the give us less even than one night refund The children couldn’t sleep because it’s very hot it’s a 30 degree We have 3 room reservations and they asked us to bay anther 11000 to upgrade the room or they will give us a room in the basement during the check in despite they don’t have a superior room in the basement they just want us to pay and we did They have It’s has no safety concerns for emergency situationsI lost a lot of money too because I’m a doctor and I have an online clinic couldn’t take it because of no wife for 2 days after fire

+: Fabulous hotel with amazing views and very spacious rooms, the bathroom is spotless and the staff is very welcoming. Right in the centre of Taksim with lots of places to dine and have fun.

+: L’emplacement est le seul avantage de cet hôtel

-: Nous avons passé le pire séjour de notre vie, une vraie arnaque les photos ne ressemblent nullement à la réalité, des cafards dans la chambre, le passage des employés était bruyants, la cerise sur le gâteau, il y a eu un incident dans la cuisine et le détecteur d’alarmes n’était pas fonctionnel, les employés de l’hôtel ne sont pas formés pour ces situations, nous étions laissés à l’abondan dans les chambres, et restés dans la rue jusqu’à 3h du matin, le lendemain le petit déjeuner n’a pas été servi et l’hôtel a refusé tout remboursement, le petit déjeuner est d’ailleurs nul pour un 4 étoiles, les employés sont impolis donc service zéro à ne jamais recommander
